I have seen them use both the ramp and the stairs for loading/unloading passengers, which I know doesn't help you much. Maybe it would depend more on the chair? For example, is it lighter or easier to pick up and down with assitance?

I think I suggested calling them directly previously. Seriously I think that's the best way to get your answer.
