I took this video in Cruz Bay. Somehow it just seems so... so... wrong. It cracked me up, so I thought I'd share it with you guys!

Was that his music?
Windows were up, he must have had external speakers if so.
How thoughtful

You missed the really film-worthy "crossing of the speed-bumps" event. A good high and wide speed-bump can take over a minute of careful negotiation.
Perhaps all of us have experienced some degree of pain or inconvenience for the sake of fashion-- but it hasn't been quite so obvious, in most cases.

This is hysterical as long as I'm not behind the guy in a no-passing zone.

Kids will be kids anywhere. I am sure you have seen dropped cars before. Low riders are a different category as they can be raised back up and bounce around. These can't. The real drawback that Hugo alluded to are speed bumps and potholes which we have a lot of. Makes driving behind them a great pain in the assumption.

I have the pleasure of driving behind this car several times a week. It is a very long, loud, ride. The real gems are the trucks and SUV's that have been dropped so low that they are almost completely useless. And that speaker on the outside stuff....I could go on and on about what I think about that, but for now I will just say I don't like it at all.

Complain to the PD and see if they can warn/ticket the driver..
Wait...
Never mind.
