We are looking at these three villas for a weeks stay. Just the two of us. Priorities are view and a pool - small dipping pool is fine. Would anyone have any comments regarding any or all of the three?
Appreciate it.

I was in St John Livin' last year. It is basically one room with a partial divider for the bedroom. It is well equipped. My only real problem was that the heating unit for the hot tub was not working properly and while I used the hot tub it was not nearly hot enough. I'd jump in the pool which was refreshingly a little cold then hopped into the hot tub. Also, the water was a little murky and when I got home had a bout of an ear infection from it. The owner ignored any of my calls pertaining to the hot tub after the first day.

Will be spending our 4th stay at Periwinkle in June. We've stayed at several other places on island over the course of the years, all were nice, but we keep coming back to Coral Bay and Periwinkle because we love it there so much. Spacious enough for 4 - perfect for 2. The house is extremely well kept, it catches great breezes so keeps the bugs away, has end of the road privacy, beautiful views. 2 equal sized master bedrooms each with it's own bath. Pool and hot-tub are very well maintained, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The management company (Great Caribbean Getaways)is great to work with and very responsive. Please feel free to email me if you want any additional info.

My vote would be for Island Dreams, but I am a little partial. My parents have owned the house for almost two years. The view is beautiful, we love to sit out on the porch in the morning and drink coffee and watch the cruise ships come into Tortola in the morning. There is a small pool that overlooks Coral Bay and down islands to the BVI. It is so relaxing to just lounge near the edge of the water while sipping a refreshing drink. The other parts of the house that we love are that you can close off the bedroom, the little terrace with bbq grill and the hummingbird feeders.
We are going down in 4 weeks and can't wait. If you have any other questions, I will be glad to answer them.

We'll be staying at St John Livin in 12 days and I'll post a review after re-entry.
