California Sun!

Today California Girl and Sun4MySoul met for breakfast at the Ramos House Cafe ( http://www.ramoshouse.com/ ) in San Juan Capistrano (where I live). Sun is in the area for work and she drove down to meet me this morning. From the Ramos House we took my car and drove to Dana Point Harbor and up to the top of the bluff for an amazing view! We walked around in the marina a little bit and then headed south to the San Clemente Pier. We walked out to the end of the pier then on the way back, we stopped for a nice blue drink at The Fisherman, where the waves roll up on the sand under the pier and you can watch the surfers. I had to bail early because of a hair appointment, and I think Sun went to the Mission after I dropped her off. I had an excellent time, I hope you did too, Sun!

Had a great time with CA Girl on Friday. She lives in her own little version of paradise!
Brunch was fabulous, the scenery was amazing, and the Crazy Blue Drinks could definitely get me in the Island Spirit if I had a few!
CA Girl is a GREAT tour guide! Thanks so much! I did go to the Mission, which was beautiful with everything in bloom. Here are a few of my pics from the day...
And you can thank me later for NOT posting a picture of you with a straw up your nose!

Ladies, how did I miss you?
I was driving up from San Diego area Friday, 4/3, around 11:00 a.m. to Dana Point. Then we drove up the coast to Laguna Beach and had an adult beverage at the Montage Resort (unbelievable grounds there!) After that, dinner at The Cliff in Laguna overlooking the deep blue sea.
Caught sunset at the park just below the Marriott in Dana Point.
Flew back 4/4, Saturday to a very windy and cold Colorado.
Oh well, maybe next time.

Can't believe we missed you!! I swear, we should just walk around in the world wearing those silly t-shirts, so people will recognize us!
