Looking better, but I am guessing the Maho Bay Campground is still for sale and that can be developed on right?

The 14+ acres that Stanley Selengut leases for the Campground is still for sale - not part of the Marsh heirs land in the 2.25 M article -- thanks for posting that Jay!

I looked on Islandia - they do have it listed at 13.8 Acres for $ 28.8 M

I think with the econonic times they would take less
