Twitter update -

Hey so this is working - I set up a page here:

We have a member updating from St. John today - pretty cool actually.
Eventually I may incorporate the tweets in the left hand column but I want to make sure it doesn't slow down the forum, etc.

It is up to you! I thought it was the last thing I would ever do - but - like I said in the earlier post - it has its uses! I think tweets from the beach or trail are pretty cool -
Doesn't mean I am going to sign up for a personal account and tell you things like what an awesome bowl of spaghetti I just had

pjayer- have you gone to twitter.com to create an account/home page? when you post a message on your home page, people who follow you can read what you have written. They have to create an account and find you on Twitter. Then they have to click "follow"...then they are following YOU...thus you lead.

Yes, I did that last night. I think I need to play around with it some to get the hang of it. I can't imagine anyone wanting to follow my boring (yawn) life, so I suspect I'll just follow others. Thanks for the tip.

anthony thank you. i am now "following" VIOL_Forum. it's easy. icon is great, but you can actually design custom twitter pages. there's a template in photoshop you can use.
