Caribbean Cove Villa

Hi there folks...another St John lover from Va. looking to make his 5th trip to the islands. I have been villa shopping and wonder if anyone is familiar with Caribbean Cove villa in the Calabash Boom area?
It is listed as a new villa through Windspree and I was wondering if anyone had any info about exact location..new construction nearby...that sort of thing. I am hoping to get back to paradise sometime in May. Any help would be appreciated.
