St. Thomas Villa

Can anyone comment on which, if any, areas on St. Thomas would be recommended for a rental villa. Safety and security would be concerns.

Hugh, what size villa will you need? How many bedrooms. Do you want a pool with that Villa?
Do you want to be close to Red Hook where the ferry runs to STJ?
