Thomas and Hervé Restaurant & Wine Bar, Mango Tango Seaside Art Gallery and

David Hillʼs Gallery is located in Royal Dane Mall and the artistʼs restaurant partner, Amalia
Café a superb Spanish restaurant in Palm Passage.
Gallery St. Thomas has an upstairs location in the first block of Main Street, while
Hervé Restaurant and Wine Bar, known for its fine French Caribbean cuisine is
nearby on Government Hill.
Hervé Restaurant offers all art lovers 10% all food including appetizers, dinner
entrées and /or just desserts (with coupon from Gallery St. Thomas). Choose from
the casual, outdoor Hervé Patio (downstairs) or the Main Dining Room (upstairs).
Enjoy a glass of Pinot Noir and French Four Onion Soup or Grey Goose Martinis
(half price!) and Pistachio-crusted Brie. Or Bouillabaisse and Spinach Salad!
Something for every taste and mood .
Yacht Haven Grande is the location of Mango Tango Seaside Art Gallery and Grande Cru
Restaurant now owned and operated by revered chef, Patricia La Corte. The new art
venue in the neighborhood is Seven Minus Seven, located behind Pueblo in Sub Base.
The alternative art space has partnered with a restaurant known for its seafood, Agave
Terrace, located in Point Pleasant.
The galleries offer completely different approaches to making, displaying and selling art.
The one denominator that binds the four galleries is that all showcase the talent that is part of
the character of the islands. Gallery St. Thomas and Mango Tango Art Gallery also reach
out beyond the islands to bring significant art to local viewers.
David Hill creates and shows his art in his gallery. Both Gallery St. Thomas and Mango
Tango are overflowing with paintings and wood turnings, by their exclusive artists. Gallery
St. Thomas features artist Kimberly Boulon and Mango Tango presents new ceramic
sculpture by Mandy Thody. Seven Minus Seven is a constantly evolving space with new
work brought in weekly by artists who physically turned a discarded building into a terrific art
work and display gallery.
Wherever you live or visit in St. Thomas, there are four lineups for fine art and fine food
awaiting you. So, SAVOR Thursday, April 2nd, May 7th and the first Thursday of months
to come.
