There are 2 interesting articles in One Paper about St John I found intersting. Here is one from March 5 about cleaning up an area in Cruz Bay that had illegal drug business going on. I wonder where it is located?

The other one (on March 2) is about cleaning up Coral Bay and enforcing a rule about registering boats and using holding tanks (good idea!). It mentions there are a dozen sunken boats in various locations in Coral Bay. Sounds like potential navigation hazards.
