When I left off we had retured from our Boat day
We returned to the villa to cook dinner but when we went to light the stove :? no gas. We called Great Caribbean Getaways and they told us to just use the grill, the one you need the tetnious shot for? They then sent the same guy who was working on the pool to hook up a small propane bottle until they could get the large one refilled.
Friday-2/13
The pool guy showed up again and said "I THINK its okay now" and "why do you need a pool when the beaches and ocean are so nice" I probably agree with him but when you rent a villa with a pool you kinda expect it to be usable. So we packed up and headed to Cinnamon Bay, this is my favorite "Beach" down at the end by the rocks because it is wider than most so you never feel like anyone is on top of you. We stayed here most of the day relaxing after our boat day. We later headed back to our villa for a nice relaxing night on the deck while the ladies played rummy , cackled and indulged.
Saturday 2/14 Valentines Day
We split up today with Paul's group heading to town for some shopping and then back for a villa day while my group headed for the hike to Honeymoon. The Guys had a special surprise spa day set up for the ladies. A big thanks goes to Pia for recommending Nomadic Spas.
We arrived at Honeymoon and it was perfect, beautiful, awesome but wait that's not good
How were Harry and I going to get the girls off the beach? We used "were out of beer" and they told us to walk to Caneel and get more. We then tried the "we had too much sun" line and they told us to sit in the shade :? We finally had to fess up about the massages and they went up the trail better and faster than a donkey that was born on St. John.
Nomadic spa sent two threrapist and they did two of the ladies at 4pm and two at 5pm. I highly recommend

The guys had our own happy hour on the lower level by the pool while the girls enjoyed their massages.
We made reservation for cafe Roma and headed there around 8pm. our table wasn't ready so we went across the street to Crazy Crackers for cocktails

When our table was ready some of us enjoyed our meals while others said their meals were bland (fish). This was my first time going under the new management so I don't know what to think. We returned to the villa for some more star gazing and called it a day.
Sunday 2/15
We decided to go to Francis since Maho was packed. President's week had begun and the beaches were crowded with a lot more families and kids. Francis was calm and what a view

Wendy and Jimmy were swimming with a large turtle while snorkeling and the water was the warmest I felt this week. After a while Paul's group headed for happy hour at High Tide and we stayed a while and then stopped at Jumbie on the way back. April and Harry we also newbies so we were trying to show them as many beaches as possible. We then returned to the villa for another quiet night of relaxing.
Stay tune for the final installment

I am kind of surprised by the reaction you got from the rental agency though...that would sort of piss me off.
