I SAW THAT GUY!!! He was stealing fish when I saw him too, I'm certain it was the same one, I'd know him anywhere!! I can't believe he is still causing a disturbance and they do nothing to stop him. Maybe it's because when he lands on the water with that big splash, it makes you laugh. Thanks for the pictures - I really do love to watch the pelicans. They just crack me up! (I'm a simple person and easily amused!)
