This question was asked of me today in our office by one of my directors:

When you come back...what would you come back as?

My reply was a bald eagle. He high fived me and said he was torn between a bald eagle and a black bear.

I replied that both love fish...so I'd rather live above the water than in it when I come back. And Eagles are protected!

What about you all?

P/S This is not a religious question...so keep the politics out of it, please. It's just fun.

hmmmm that's a good question! Maybe a good long lived tree--like a redwood or a big old chestnut-ohhh or a willow! but then I have always had this thing about tugboats (i know they are not animate, but you have to humor me here) so i really want to be a tugboat in my next life

It is a toss up - I want to come back as my husband, my child or one of my cats. All are entirely too spoiled and pampered by me I want to live their lives.

A butterfly -- to flit about and bring a smile to everyone that I fly by!

Any type of ocean animal. Maybe a dolphin or an Angelfish.

I think a Tuna or buffalo

i would love to fly so it would be a bird of some kind.

OK you might think this is really weird... but I'd like to come back as some sort of guardian angel -- swooping down when someone is about to hurt another person and stopping them. (Either making them be a better person, or kicking their a$$, depending on my mood.)

If not that then, I wouldn't mind being me again. Just thinner and with more money.

I would have to go with a Dolphin it would be like snorkling every day
