I noticed in the recent edition of Tradewinds that Deli Grotto is for sale - $475,000. Maybe one of you that lost your job could move to STJ and buy this business . I've only been there once, but from trip reports, it sounds like a popular place. I wonder why its being sold?

Last I heard in Nov when I was on island, Sheffy and Amy want to move to NC and raise their little one.
Sheffy has been on island both St. John and St. Thomas for a while.
It has been for sale for quite a while.

ok, I am thinking, what part of NC? Maybe I get them to share home/ business with us, in exchange for our house...
