We are considering getting some neat sheets for our trip in May. Which size do you recommend for 2 adults and 2 grown kids?

I'd get the large size. Or you could take 2 small ones along and let the kids have their own - just a thought.

We are considering doing the carry-on only route. We haven't decided if we can really stick to this, especially my daughter. Think we would be able to fit either size?

Honestly, the smaller size is barely enough for the two of us and 2 young kids, so go with the larger. They come rolled up nice and tight, so easy to pack. Of course you could split two up in the luggage (and make the kids carry one of them...)

I can't believe you're able to fit four on the small one

We have the big one and we found it difficult to fit four adults on it.

Hi!

We love the neat sheets. Best thing to take to the beach. We have tryed 2 smaller ones and also tryed 1 large one. The large one is really nice for 2 adults and maybe even one child. Pack in your carry on still in the packaging, it's more compact than taking it out of the wrapper. Hope this helps. :D

I love my neat sheets. Haven't heard about them before I read the TR's here. It was very difficult to find a place where we could buy them, but we found some in ToysRus. We had 8 with us home in different sizes - for presents and for ourselves. If we only are two of us we normally only use the small one, but sometimes if we have our lunch on the beach we bring the big one.

Hubby and I spread out on the big one and we only share if people ask nice ;-)

Seriously the big one is awesome!!! Lots of space. I find that the small ones are better if you're just on your own.

But that's just me.

Can't remember which size it is but one of them has weights in the corners.

I take these out (sicne they don't really work all that well IMHO and just use rocks on the beach to keep the corners down.

LOVE the neat sheet.

If there are any villa owners or viila co's out there reading this: you could add some neat sheets to the villas in additio to the towels. It would definitely save the wear and tear on the towels.

Just sayin....

I prefer the Sham-Wow. That skinny dude in the commercials definately speaks my language!
Just kidding. I thought about getting some Neat Sheets, just never got around to it.
You'll have to excuse me, I'm a little punchy this morning...

My wife is a sucker for the infomercial and ordered the shamwow....I'm still trying to figure out how it differs from a regular towel.

I never heard of the neat sheet prior to this thread....definitely picking one up for our upcoming trip.

I too read about the NeatSheet on this forum but haven't been able to find any in the USA due to it being considered a seasonal item. Definitely no hope in heck of finding such a thing up here. I did order a duo-package (small 1 and large 1) off Ebay. I probably paid way too much after shipping but now I can say I own the famous NeatSheet and the small one will be making it's first trip to St. John next week. It is the small one that has the weights in the corners (I haven't unpacked the large one so am unsure if it has weights too).
