Blue Rock Villa

Has anyone stayed here recently. There doesnt seem to be much out there about this villa. We are thinking about renting it, and I'm just looking for any imput. One thing I do want to know if you have stayed there - is this villa walking distance to Cruz Bay?

I had never heard of it until you posted this - but there are soooooo many villas here. I don't think you could walk to CB - well you probably could but it might be half an hour give or take by the looks of the photo's - I would ask the rental company where it is exactly

I considered it, but the folks at CV said the pool are was not private. It's a good off-season deal close to Cruz Bay.

I stayed there once, back in 2001. I didn't like the villa or the location at all (we had booked last-minute for over New Year's so we had to take what we could get.)
Nice sunsets but very far from the sea. Also, it was in a "regular" neighborhood that was a bit noisy.
