Hey all. We are stuck on figuring out which villa we'd like to rent in August. There are 4 couples and we'd like to stay close to Cruz Bay. We're deciding between:
La Papaya
Ciellodonna
Beija Flor
Southern Cross
Any reviews or suggestions?

I think Ciellodonna overlooks the Pond Bay construction site. Depending on when you go, and their construction schedule, you could end up with a not so great view (or maybe some construction noise).

La Papaya is nice. I've considered that spot for a group. It has a slightly obstructed sunset view.

Check out Vistaero on destinationstjohn.com. This is the only villa I have loved enough to book twice!

I have also considered La Papaya for this summer. Look at Casa da Sonodores, I would stay there again in a heartbeat but it is not available during my dates.

Vistaero was actually our first choice, however it is not available for the weeks that all four couples are! It looks beautiful and we are bummed that we can't stay there.

hi bensmom....in the search section use the author seach for Suzanna945 for a review of La Papaya...look for La Papaya Paradise...I think there are 7 different posts.

The only thing that concerns me about La Papaya is it seems that the 2 bedrooms in the guest house are full sized beds and I'm not sure that anyone is going to want to suck it up and downgrade in bed size for their vacation.

I read a review of the place I'm staying with my party of 8 (South Shore Villa) and the reviewer mentioned she loved it, but would be going back to Beija Flor because she preferred its location a little more.

I also like Jazz Villa.
