Check with BOATSRUS and nascarfan. They seem to stay there every trip.

We stayed there for 2 nights a couple of years ago. Pros are the price, it's clean and the sound of the waves is so relaxing, also, very close to town.
Con is that it's small and the furnishings are fine not fancy. Also, you have a water view and not an up high view (it's just a preference thing). I don't remember if they had a pool or not.
We've also stayed at Cruz Views which we liked. They have a nice view and more room. There is a common pool which we rarely seem to use since it is shared.
Good luck with your search.

Thanks Rick - I'll PM them!
Nancy - Cruz Views is also on our list for this trip. Which unit did you stay in? Which would you prefer if you had to choose again, Cruz Views or Coconut Coast?

We have stayed in #7 and #10. We liked both of them. I like 10 a little bit more than my husband. 7 is closer to the parking lot. Both are pretty recently renovated.
I have stayed in Cruz Views 3 times and Coconut Coast only once so my pick is Cruz Views. The construction noise from the monster next door was not bad at all when we stayed there last May.
This trip, we are spending our last 4 nights in Estate Lindholm based on rave reviews on this board. I'm excited to try something new.

Nancy, cruz views 7 & 10 are more expensive...if trying to conserve $ would unit 3 be ok in your opinion?

We stayed in either unit #3 or #4. I can't remember which, but I'm sure CV could tell you. This unit has a WONDERFUL bath, and since I was there, they have remodeled the kitchen. I loved that unit. It is also in the upper section, above the pool, and has the best view. I've also stayed in #10, and it is on the lower lever. It's a nice unit, but I like being up higher. The view is great.

Sounds like #3 is a good pick based on Cypressgirl's comments so I'd say go for it if it's available.
Have a great trip!

Thanks for the pic, love it. Daughter got engaged this weekend so pretty sure our vacation funds will be put toward wedding expenses. I will keep it in my little STJ info book.

On CV, the lower numbered units are above the pool. Depends on what you like, but I like seeing the pool and the view. More privacy in the (cheaper) higher number units.

CV #3 looks great, unfortunately not available at that time. There are several other CV units available, so they're on my list of options.
Rick - friends of ours stayed in CV #6, so I'm familiar with the layout of the place. I'm thinking it might be nice to stay closed to town for a change, but haven't ruled out Coral Bay either. Decisions, decisions...
