Villa Tesori. We stayed last May and had a 1 year old and a 6 year old. All but one bedroom are internal to the main house. Killer views! Beautifully appointed. Large pool but no hot tub. Great location.

There have been a few threads on this type topic over the past several months (large villas, villas for toddlers etc.) so you may get more info by searching around.

With little kids, I think the biggest concerns are having bedrooms connect with each other (so kids aren't alone in their own pod) and pool access from bedrooms. When I was searching for one that would accomodate a group of 12 (including 6 kids), I found the following:

Avalon - has a couple of bedrooms that are linked together
Crystal Seaview - has a lot of bedrooms, and they're linked together (although this one overlooks Pond Bay construction)
Vistaero - has 5 bedrooms, they don't have interior access to each other, but 3 have pull out sleeper sofas
Ristaba - 6 bedrooms that are together
Tesori
Villa Villekula
Promises Kept (although may not allow kids under 8)
Rendezview
Rendezvous (I think some of these bedrooms have pull out sofas)
Casa Luna (in Coral Bay)
Amani (has loft and 2 bedrooms in main house, third bedroom in separate pod/cottage)

Good luck with the

We enjoyed both Villa Panache (from Catered to) and Monte Bay (Caribbean Villas).

Rhapsody is new and looks interesting:

We think N Shore has the best views of the best beaches and the BVI. We liked Upper Carolina also, Casa Luna was large and roomy.
La Jolla Caribe has the best views and can sleep a lot of people.
Anole had 4 bedrooms

Lots of choices, so little time!

I'm partial to the Northshore as well and love Island Sun, Mango Bay to name a couple of homes up there. Of course there are also some beautiful large villas in Peter Bay if you have the budget.

We stayed at Villa St. John on Chocolate Hole Bay and LOVED it.

Pool at sunset here:

It is a main house with 4 large bedrooms and a guesthouse with 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms on the main house were 2 up and 2 down. All bedrooms are the same size and each has a huge bathroom with separate shower and spa tub. Each room has a safe, mini-frig and coffee maker. Two bedrooms have queen beds (one in the guest house and one of the upstairs bedrooms in the main house) and the others are all king. In the guest house, one bedroom is on the same level as the kitchen and living room and the other is downstairs. The decor was really nice. Nice large open kitchens in both the main and guest house. Private balconies for all the bedrooms. Great pool, a spa, and a really nice hot tub.

During off season, they can be rented separately if available.

The best part was that we had stairs down to Chocolate Hole Bay and there is some awesome, very private (at least until Pond Bay Club is finished) snorkeling - we saw almost everything there including swimming octopi!

Here is the url to the web site for the house, where you can see lots more photos:

thank you guys for all who responded. You have really helped me out. I was curious which villas just had that special "it" factor. My trip will be in 3 phases-one with just me and my two little boys (I am that crazy), then all 4 of us, then with another family. Quite the planning! And some of it will be on virgin gorda. Just don't know which part!

Mermaid Falls sleeps 10 for $8000 in the off-season. That looks like a great house.

Sol Inclination would be scary with kids under with the cliff edge and all...so I checked the website, no kids under 8, and with good reason I'd say :)
