Villa help with 1 1/2yr old

my wife and I are thinking about the Gibney villas, would anyone have any suggestions for a 1 or 2 bedroom villa traveling with a 1 1/2yr old son.
close to the beach would be great that is why we thought of gibney. any other ideas would greatly be appreciated.

Right above Gibney is a house called Terrahawk. It is a two bedroom with AC, no pool. Catered To is the rental agent.
You can walk right down the driveway to the Gibney Beach entrance. The walk back is steep but short.
We stayed next door at Kallaloo when our son was 4.5 months and really liked the location and the setting.

Close to the beach, like walking distance, is sort of tough on St. John.
Another house we liked that wasn't close to the beach was Splendore (Vacation Vistas)
Caneel might be an option too. We have stayed there couple times prior to having a child and liked it. I wouldn't hesitate to take a 1.5 year old there.
