obsessed,
You must be one of those that are "obsessed" with drinking, then! Your moniker describes you well!

Well, Islandgirl, at the risk of catching somebody's wrath for contributing to the forum insider thing, or whatever, I will say that holding down bars, propping up bars and coming with the fixtures of bars are all things I've been guilty of. Holding up bars? Never! You go to jail for that!
One more quote: "You're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on."
Dean Martin
So when we meet I got first round.

As I sit here naked, smoking my bong filled with rum and good Skunk #1, I contemplate this thread....and my navel...and find that it was fun to read stoned.
Did I miss any crassness or debauchery????

Hey Mel - I hope you aren't put off by some of the answers you've received on your first post, and that you will remain a vocal part of this somewhat dysfunctional, but super fun, forum "family". I think we're a pretty good group for the most part, and you are a welcome addition to it! And as others have said, thanks for a great read today.

mrsb,
Is that "poo" reference about me? So embarrassed. I must have been drunk last night.

I found that people on St. John (and seemingly on the forum) drink quite a bit. I take a lot of medication and don't hold my alcohol as I did in my Navy days. On a boat excursion I was amazed at the amount of painkillers that some people drank - then went snorkeling.
I ended up drinking fruit punch every time we went out. Every restaurant had their own mix - some more tropical, some more citrus. The best was at Chilly Billy's.
I did sample a few painkillers and liked the smooth ones without too much rum the best.

Hey Tom - I think I've racked up a huge number of posts on this thread alone, and you still have to post 108 more times to pass me up as top poster. PLEASE post more! I hear Ruth is giving out prizes!

Tom,
At least all of your posts are nice and you help people out a lot. I thought that you were working on catching CG.
