No, I haven't sat or walked there, but I think you are on the new boardwalk at Francis Bay.
You're correct, Iprof. The new boardwalk / birdwatching platform is awesome -- it wasn't there last year. We saw white-cheeked pintails, moorhens and a bunch of other stuff. However, the water was (is) so high that the full trail is unpassable.
Here's another shot of the new boardwalk:

Who's this, and where will you find him?

And where's Blaine and Minde's favorite beach?

You got it again, Iprof. Not a bad place to hit for a quick fix of cheap tex-mex before buying groceries at the Starfish. Not super spicy and, sadly, no cilantro.

The first is Guy Benjamins book stand.
Next is the cat from Cruz Views, I think his name is (I hope I'm not wrong and that I don't offend anyone) Dickhead. The last one is Vie's Beach.

I think that might be along the Caneel Hill and Margaret Hill trail. Specifically, I think it's Margaret Hill. Near the the trail that goes down to Caneel Bay (or alternatively up from Caneel Bay if you've gone that way.)
