I had to peek at this topic one more time to see why we're still talking about deodorant. I should have known.

I just saw a comercial for an Off product, called Off Clip-ons. It's a round (or oval) plastic thing that has the chemical inside, and you clip it on your pants or whatever, and it's suppose to keep the skeeters away. Anyone heard of it? It sounds kind of like the flea collar concept for cats. I wonder if it works. If I could avoid that nasty repellant, I'd love it.

Hey Cypress-- I was just in TARGET yesterday and spotted that item. Looked interesting. Also wondered if it really works.

It looked kinda cheap and bulky and honestly a bit dorky but if you're really suffering I guess all that doesn't matter.

I saw those the other day too and thought HELL YA! I'm taking them for next month. I hate bug spray but I hate mosquitos worse!

Anyone know how is the smell of the clip-ons?

I also hate bug spray - I tried the patches and hated smelling like a flea collar!

Last trip I used the towlettes - nice fragrance and they seemed to do the trick - of course it was before the "attack of the STJ epidemic skeeters".
