CA girl: Have some close friends staying at the Blue Lantern Inn this weekend. Glad they're having good weather in Dana Point. Wish we were with them.

Terry---We have several college kids home who don't start school again until this Tuesday, 1/20. So to break up the long school vacation, we drove out to Vail for a week---its one of the nicest places we can get to in a long, boring one-day drive . We love the mountains---very beautiful---just don't love it quite as much as the beach

Colorado would be a great place to live.

I took this late yesteday afternoon. The lighting is awful but it was so cold, I didn't want to go back outside.

This was taken from the front porch at our cabin. It has snowed consistantly all winter and the amounts are much greater than home, which is about 45 minutes east.

I need to take the GPS and get an elevation and compare it to home.
