Thanks for the info! We already have water shoes from our every-other-year houseboat vacations on lake Cumberland (KY). So far we have three things on our to-do-list...

Day Sail with Captain Phil
Rent a Dinghy
Parasailing (for my wife. She's always wanted to try it) Has anyone used Caribbean Watersports for parasailing?

Other than that, we'll probably spend part of a day in Cruz Bay and Coral Bay looking at the shops. I think we'll keep the rest flexible for exploring. The Reef bay Trail hike sounds interesting as well.

I'm astonished that United would have had any availability especially for four seats for mileage tickets. Normally they limit seats so drastically (sometimes I'm convinced that no seats are put in inventory for mileage flights) that a weekend to weekend trip out of Chicago in the high season is next to impossible.

Congratulations on scoring tickets though. We spent many spring breaks in STJ before the kids went to college. After that their vacations don't coincide, so we went at Christmas. Spring break time is nice in that it still is high season, but the peak season is over. Air and water are a little warmer, and you return well after any harsh Fox Valley weather.

We ended up with standard award seats, not saver, and we have to travel Sunday to Sunday, but we will get there!

Ya never know about the Chicago weather, however...
