I didn't notice it on Cruz Bay Realty's Web site, but I may have been looking in the wrong place...

So, is Bongo Bongo for sale or not? Can't be seriously for sale if it's not on the MLS, and if Cruz Bay Realty is the listing broker you might think it would be on their site (as well as the MLS). Could be a ploy to get on that "My house is worth what" show on HGTV that's looking for Virgin Island homes to use on their show Any thoughts?

Mike, do you know the owners of Bongo Bongo? I doubt seriously it's any kind of ploy.

Try www.housesvi.com and then go to Cruz Bay realty. Bongo Bongo is for sale.

Could be 100% wrong here but I thought that when a property is for sale with one realtor and isn't yet put on the MLS, that's called a "pocket listing" or something like that and the realtor with the listing attempts to show it around among a select group of buyers and sell it prior to having it hit the MLS. I always thought that was a chance for the listing realtor to reap a higher percentage of commission by having both ends of the sale.

Pia??
