I watched Oprah on Tuesday and she had Dr. Oz on and he said if you have a lot of hair on your body, you won't get as many mosqiito bites (maybe why some of the men seem to get less bites??). It is also why in Countries where you see a lot of malaria, the people have more body hair.
It also really depends on what perfume, cologne, shampoo, etc that you use, your genetics and your diet.
He said skin so soft works for some people and not others due to the body chemistry.
I've also heard that eating garlic helps, rubbing apple cider vinegar on your body or crushed parsley.

So, women, don't shave your legs or armpits, eat a lot of garlic and rub yourself in vinegar and parsley. You may smell like a salad, but oh well!

If that is true about the scotch then I have no need for bug repellent! It is by far my drink of choice.

Next would be a vodka martini chilled hold the vermouth, not dirty but with lots of olives.

:D  :D

I hate Scotch too, but they seem to leave me alone so maybe rum works too!

Hmmm... I don't know about that theory. I got 3 really big bad bites in my scalp! And not where my hair was parted. I even got one over my ear, under my hair!

He was talking about body hair, like arm hair, but it sounds like the mosquitoes on STJ are wicked! I hope that they are gone in 3 weeks!
