We have been planning this for quite a while. My husband has always been self employed and had a really successful Residential Construction Business since the mid 80's but since the economy has been suckish the last few years. It has become harder and harder to make any money here.

So long story short. We both love STJ have been going there since 1999 and we both dislike the New England winters so we are going to give it a try. We don't have jobs yet but we will do what ever it takes to make it there. Our 7 year is old is already registered at school. My husband is going to ship down his tools because he knows he can pick up jobs. Maybe I'll be the person to show you to your next villa

So if anyone has a nice 2 bedroom house they want to rent out long term-- pm me!
