Me and Lewis Black in EWR. We'd been on the plane for 3 hours when they took us all off because of "mechanical problems".. Needless to say, Mr Black lost his mind at the gate agents. I stood there in awe and then HAD to ask for a picture.

Mine aren't as fun as some of these, but here goes:
- Timothy Busfield on an airport shuttle in Sacramento
- Michael Jordan (I went to UNC and he came to play golf at the country club I worked at in college)
- Dean Smith (again, UNC)
- Beach Boys in Myrtle Beach, in elevator at hotel
- Little People, Big World cast (stayed at our hotel in Maui when we were there)
- Usher (photo shoot at the building I worked in)
- It pains me to admit this, but I see those broke-down "ladies" NeNe and Kim from the Real Housewives of Atlanta ALL-THE-TIME. They aren't really famous, but some people might know them.

Pip - that is pretty cool. Funny that you mention Lewis Black and and CAgirl mentions Kevin Bacon here. His “Back in Black” segment on The Daily Show just last week referred to it.

About 4 years ago we pulled up to our hotel and saw a bus with the Falcolns team filing into "our" hotel. My kids are huge fans. but I honestly could not name a single player. My kids were horrified that more than once I struck up.a conversation with them . . .mind you that I didn't have a clue that I was talking to my kids heros. I am just friendly and smile and say hello to everyone. And hey, just for the record, they were friendly too!

Anyway I was talking to a guy in the elevator and after he got out my kids were going star struck crazy. My oldest said I should have known . . .I explained that I never watch football . . .and he said NO MOM you bought me an autographed picture, helped me hang it, and it is in my room right now.

Well, ok, I am not overly observant.

Mine aren't very exciting, but here goes..

- I once served Greg Brady (from the Brady Bunch) peach blueberry pie at a country club I used to work at
- Michael Jordan when I worked at Rayovac and he was our spokesperson
- Arnold Palmer - was also our spokesperson at Rayovac
- Rosie O'Donnell - on a flight from NYC after my husband ran the marathon there - she commented on his finisher's medal and told me she'd walk the course with me the next year - neither of us were about to run that far.

I have a few, in random order...
Johnny Depp trick-or-treating with his kids (his mom lives near us)
I went to college with Ashley Judd
When in LA, we saw Tyra Banks, and Jean Claude van Damne at Drai's,sp? (not together) and Steve Beschemi on the Santa Monica Pier,
Chris Noth at Jerrys Famous Deli on a different trip
Hubby saw Wayne Brady at St Louis airport
and he watched Reds game with Nick Lachey and Kirk Herbstreet today, kind of, sort of
I have a funny old pic of myself with the Oak Ridge Boys, that I need to dig up!
George Strait signed my cowboy boots, back in 1988!!!!

I forgot to mention that I am going to see George Clooney next week. We are going to Kauai next week and he is there filming. Would anyone like me to grab a autograph for them?

What was Johnny Depp like? He is so diverse in his roles.

Hmmm, living in NYC I think I have an unfair advantage

Robert Deniro outside his home in Tribeca
Julianne Moore, outside her home in Greenwich Village (I think on the night she was married)
Robert Plant at the South Street Seaport
Michael Imperioli, on a sailboat ride from the South Street Seaport
Just about everyone from Law and Order as they block my way into the Courthouse in New York State Supreme Court.
Sigourney Weaver
Sarah Jessica Parker
Yoko Ono
Isabella Rossilini
Ed Bradley

And this coming weekend most likely Steven Speilberg, Kate Capshaw,Denzel Washington,Cybil Shepard and Brian Williams as their kids and my husband's oldest will be graduating from the same college on Sunday.

But I still think Rob's stripper wins hands down :-)

by Ron in South Texas
Evander Holyfield on a plane from ATL to IAH
Jose Conseco in Las Vegas
and my favorite...Red Auerbach, Tommy Heinsohn, and Bill Russell sitting on a bench outside the Marriott in San Antonio. Of course, I had no pen, paper or camera.

Okay, being in the DC area, here is a good one for you. About 9 years ago I was at the Fish Market in Old Town Alexandria. In hobbled a very elderly Strom Thurmond with his assistants. As my family finished their lunch a young woman who had been dining with Mr. Thurmond approached us and said the Senator wanted to tell us we had a beautiful little girl. Now what was significant is that my husband and I are caucassian and our daughter is African American, we all know Sentor Thurmond's segragationist stance of old. It was not until shortly after Sentor Thurmond's death that the full import of that exchange became known - he was in fact the father of an African American born to a family maid.

Dave Matthews is my boyfriend does that count? OH, you mean in REAL life.

Gloria Estefan and her hubby, Emilio on the street in Miami Beach back in college. At the time we didn't realize Jon Secada was with them, we asked him to take the picture. LOL. He was VERY short. Very nice people.

Mike Tomlin (Steelers coach) was in my graduating class in college.

I got the autographs of entire band, Alabama, when I was about 8. One of my first concerts. :)

I saw but didn't "meet" Steven Speilberg, also in Miami, at Joe's Stone Crabhouse.
