Right. I stand corrected, Lysa. Vie's is terrible. Ugly beach, uncomfortable chairs, well, the food....let's just not go there. All in all the worst day of the trip. Definitely.

Vie's is our "sweet spot" on St. John. I would stay right there, if I could. I'm going to check out her "campground," next trip, for sure. She and her darling daughter are such ambassadors for their island. We just love em!
Wish they sold Miss Vie's Snack Shack tshirts and hats!!!

Great pictures FF! Looks like an amazingly fun time.

We also drove through the Dreeket's Bay development on our way back from Vie's (back in January.) Those views are just sooooo amazing -- all the colors of the water. Yum.

But I admit I kind of like that area empty like it is now. I can't imagine it full of giant fancy villas. But here's a map so you can pick out which lot you want - I'm sure I'd like the villa you build. :)

I've always been intrigued by pictures of The Retreat, which we passed on our drive up there. Amazing views.

I think 6-0-13 looks pretty good! Who's gonna buy it for me? Anyone???

Though I agree I like it kind of untouched like it stands!
