Actually, they have been booked pretty solid until mid-June since before our trip. It is a great villa.

Every time I think I might like to visit another spot in the Caribbean, someone posts photos as you have of the amazing views on STJ and I think, How can I go anywhere else? Loved the pix, and happy for you that you had such a good time...

It was great meeting lprof and ufprof at the Beach Bar - thanks for spending some of your precious island time visiting with me!
Not to hijack, but my trip report/pictures soon (well sort of soon) come - we just got home late last night, and today it is back to work!

--- It was certainly our pleasure to meet you and the group and to be able to match faces with so many familiar names... really a very nice and funny group of folks. Thank you for sharing your time!

--- Jeez... forget this hijack stuff, please. I am looking forward to all the trip reports that you and the others of that lively group produce. I am sure that the week was great and went fast for all of you too. Go Gators!

Thanks everyone for the kind responses to the photos... despite being somewhat camera challenged and even more challenged by the amount of rum finished off in clearing the kitchen, I was determined to catch that full moon.
Casa Bueno is a terrific villa. Today I have posted a fairly detailed review. If you have any question, please ask.

Because of a few recent threads relating to Casa Bueno,
I would like to update my November 2009 trip report.
As of June 17, 2010, the owner tells me:
the pool is now solar heated
there is a large outdoor dining table on the deck
and new amenities have been added:
single-serve coffee maker that works with coffee capsules or your favorite grind
ice cream machine
margarita blender
booster car seat and pack&play for the little ones
(And I really would like to be there now!)

The outdoor dining tableheated pool, margarita blender (hope it's a margaritiaville!) and ice cream machine are big plusses for me!!
