ms411 - it's really good and REALLY easy!

Mary Beth did this recipe and added some lime zest as well.

Let me know how it comes out. I don't think it originated here...especially with that name...it would have to be called voodoo caviar or something like that :lol:

I've seen another "caviar" recipe using black-eyed peas. I'm trying to amass a collection of room-temperature foods that I can carry for lunches, and the caviar recipe sounds easy, affordable, and delicious! All the things I'm looking for in recipes right now.
