Has anyone tried to hotsauces at Gladys Cafe on STT? Good stuff right there!
I have some Trinidad Charlies at the house.
Lately I've been going back to Tabasco and/or Texas Pete for that vinegar kick.

Trinidad Charlie original is my favorite overall. It has a mellow heat to it that works really nicely with a lot of the foods I make. I have the lime one and the pumpkin one also...I'm using the pumpkin one in a chicken roti tonight.

It's so mild she should change the name, but I LOVE Susie’s Tamarind Tango Hot Sauce. It's great on things like samosa, roti, and I also like it with Dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes, which I sometimes like for a very quick lunch or snack when I'm starving.

I vote for Trinidad Charlie's Original or West Indian Sizzle or any Blind Betty's flavor, particularly the Original. I ran out of Trinidad Charlie's this summer and the wait has been killing me.
