Candidates McCain and Obama refused comment until their camps have had a chance to review the matter, though VP candidate Joe Biden claims to have led the purchase of the USVI from Denmark, and VP candidate Sarah Palin asked if they played hockey on STJ. If Ruth can't find anyone else, I'd like to be appointed Secretary of State. My qualifications include a brief chat with Foxy in July about the election. At the same time, I saw Ivan sitting at Foxy's bar. As further proof of my competence, I observed Tortola while sipping fruity blended rum drinks from the pool of my villa. Am I qualified? You betcha!

I would like to be Secretary of Health and Rum Services!

The purpose of the department of Health and Rum Services is to ensure that all citizens have access to affordable Rum Care. Rum Care will ensure that all citizens of legal drinking age will have rum drinks at a reasonable cost set by the vendor, not to exceed $10 per drink, that will provide the citizens with the proper dosage of rum until the citizen feels healthy enough to have another.

So, X are you saying that you'll head that department or should I submit my resume? I am an expert lime n coconut and painkiller maker.

Pete, soon-to-be President-elect Ruth can't be perceived as handing out cabinet appointments willy-nilly. I know you all are friends, but I still think you need to state your qualifications just to avoid the impression of bias.

Fair enough. For the secretary part, I can type. With regard to the Health part, I smoke and drink, so I know what is and is not healthy. And, lastly, for the inhumane part...I don't like people and mostly am a jerk.

Do I get the job?
