I'm making white chili in our crock pot today...
2 cans green chillis
a couple cans of chicken broth
a couple cans of white (Northern beans)
(optional) a can of garbanzo beans
a few chicken breasts cubed
a couple teaspoons cumin powder
a teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 onion chopped
some green/yellow bell peppers
I also add some garlic and ground black pepper...even added a couple small seranno peppers in today's batch
Sometimes I also add curry powder to my white or red chili, but we like Indian food...
We like this as a nice change eveery now and then

For some strange reason, my gym has the Food Network on the TVs on Saturday mornings. Anyway, I caught part of the Semi Homemade with Sandra Lee and this dish looked pretty good coming out of the pot - didn't realize it was a crockpot dish until I checked the recipe when I got home.

My crockpot is too small for this, so I may do something similar on the stove for dinner tonight.

I have a great barbecue pork recipe. In fact, it's in my crockpot right now!
I made this awesome steak dish, but it was a little salty.
I always do my chili in the crock pot. 1 pound ground beef, onions, chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato juice and taco seasoning.
If you want the barbecue or the steak recipe, I can post them.
