A few months ago, I was looking for a 4/5 bedroom villa with the main criteria that the house take kids and have connecting interior access bedrooms with A/C. Here are some candidates I found, although only I think that only Villekula, Casa Luna, and Le Lapin are in your budget. Good luck!

Liamsaunt, We stayed in Villa Bijou (through Vacation Vistas). Not sure about any age restrictions but this will fit the bill for the rest of your requests. Off season around $3500 (July 2008). 3 MBR, all with a/c. 2 in main house; 3rd downstairs by the (large) pool. Main area in house has fans and a/c. W/D, 3.5 bath. Great Cruz Bay view with STT on the left and Westin's beach to the right. BBQ grill, outside bar and perch...and friendly iguanas. Good luck with your search!
