Yes, Saba Bay is the one between Haulover and Newfound. You could hike over to Newfound and snorkel back to Saba, but your overall energy output would definitely be greater than swimming from Haulover.
The trail to Newfound is also 100% across private property, although I don't feel too bad about trespass since the owners are mostly St. Thomians who have been in years of negotiations with Ritz-Carlton. Unfortunately NOT a joke. Lets just pray the downturn forestalls the Newfound Ritz, they were still in active talks last year.
