Great to know - let me know when you get them in - did you order the unit as well or just the butane ?
I am Stateside in a couple of weeks (again) and will bring back a unit anyway but thought I would ask

I ordered butane refills and some table top Thermacell lanterns that do the same thing as the belt pack for the same price.
Now let me go wash off all the dead mosquitoes from today. The little buzzards were hungry. They had some tasty dining on STJ the last few days.

I hope they work as well for you all as they do for me it is like having a force field around you you can see them 10 to 15 ft away but they don't come any closer I should of bought stock in the company.

Hey Puddlejumper... you're going to be one rich man if you only supply Thermacell cartridges to the people who read this forum! This has been a really great thread, Tom's recommendation paired with your willingness to provide access to the butane has solved a problem not only for "us tourists", but for locals, like Pia, as well. It's so cool how this forum works sometimes!

You are absolutely right, Jorge! The hardware store I used to work next to was owned & operated by a woman. I guess I'm still prejudiced in my thinking that a man should be a hardware store owner. Showin' my age. LOL!
