Hi Kathy - I am sooo very sorry to hear this news. But one good thing did come out of it. Now they know they can try again using the Progesterone and like X's grandma said, they've got a little more "practice for the big game."

Dear Kathy~
So sorry to hear of your loss. I'm glad you son and wife are willing to try again. A new little life is worth the risk and pain.

Very sad... and so very taxing on all of you.

I pray that your family has the continued hope & strength for babies soon come.

Kathy I am so sorry to hear this. As a mom after two insanely difficult pregnancies, I definitely know what they are going through.

It is such an emotional roller coaster and all you can do is be there to love, support and encourage. It sounds like you are doing a great job of that.

Best of luck to your family!

Your son and wife's experience is very similar to our own. Hopefully, the 4th time will be the charm. It was for us. Soon you will be hauling a little one to the beach!

I'm really sorry to read that it isn't this time you will be a grandmother. I have hoped that all the positive thoughts, the forum sent you, would have helped. So now we cross our fingers for that the fourth time, like it happened to PA girl, will be a success.

Hi Kathy -

Just read through this post and am so sad to hear the outcome on this third try. I will pray that the fourth time is a charm for them as well.

We went through a few years of infertility (while everyone around was was getting pregnant....) and I know how tough it is. We eventually adopted two boys to complete our family.

It is weird how we can have so many girls and women become pregnant and have a viable pregnancy when they really aren't prepared and then to have a situation like yours with two parents and an awesome Gramma in waiting.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

Hi Kathy,

I just read your post and wanted to express my sympathy. I will keep them in my prayers as we are wanting to start a family too and anyone I hear of who is having difficulty joins my prayer list because I know how long and complicated the journey can be.

I also wanted to offer encouragement. My husband's aunt suffered several losses before they realized her progesterone was low and causing them. As soon as they realized that, she was able to have two happy, healthy pregnancies!

Please keep us posted on your journey to being a grammie!
