From what I have heard Vistaero is a great house HUGE esp. for the $$. We are staying at Casa Luna in a year or so, and you know me, I'll give the straight scoop.
My friend's in-laws used to own Villa Panache and I hear it is very nice, but I've never seen it first hand.
Other big houses:
La Papaya
DeBolina
Sea Gate
Mystic Ridge
Oceana

I highly recommend Eden's Whim. We stayed there a couple of years ago with 4 other couples and there was plenty of room to spread out, as well as a number of areas (indoors and out) for the whole group to be together.

I liked La Papaya and we are staying at Ristaba in the first week of August after receiving good reviews from my brother and friends. Similar views and breezes as they are very close to each other.

Hi,
We chose Vistaero for 10 adults.
Originally we were looking into Chateau Margot.
A beautiful villa with lots of privacy, but none of the couples wanted to share a bath. 6 bedrooms/5 baths.
Good luck with your search!

I just did the same search for a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids under 5), and here were ones we looked at (criteria was A/C in bedrooms, takes little kids, pool, groups of bedrooms with interior access/under one roof):
Vistaero - bedrooms have exterior only access, but 3 have sleeper sofas in bedroom
Casa Luna - Coral Bay - beds under one roof
Villa Villekula - Bedrooms under one roof
Crystal Seaview - Connecting bedrooms
Ambiance - loft with 4 twin beds for kids
Tesori - connecting bedrooms
Beach Garden - bedrooms under one roof
Paulette - all bedrooms under one roof
Ristaba - beds under one roof, plus guest cottage
Villa Rendezvous - extra beds/sleepers in bedrooms
Croix Vista
Rendezview Villa
Good luck, it's hard to find a large, affordable villa that takes kids with bedrooms that connect or are near each other, but there are some good options out there!

Thanks everyone for your thoughts! Now, as luck would have it...I'm on my way home from work today and my wife calls to tell me that our search is now down to a three bedroom - one family has dropped out (newbies too - they really need to see this island!).
Again, I really appreciate all of your responses.
Any great 3BR's out there??????

Hey soxfan22,
I know you've changed your plans, but for future trips consider SKYWAY on Gifft Hill managed by Denise at onlinevacations.com. It's a beautiful 5 bedroom villa.
As far as 3 bedroom villas we really like Villa Carolina in Upper Carolina. Susan and Herb I know we should keep it a secret huh!

You may want to consider South Shore Villa. It's a large 4 bedroom with two additional single beds that could be setup to accommodate a total of 10 people. Additionally, the villa Sol Inclination (also 4 bedrooms) is next door and could potentially be rented at the same time.

I stayed at Kabej Patch a couple of years ago. Your view will be the Pond Bay Construction.
