Valentine does have a blue roof. We were the last folks to stay in it as a rental before it was sold and taken off the rental market. But Valentine would be at about the same elevation as Hakuna Matata. It must be Jungle Stone.

I don't know if the photo was taken from Hakuna Matata, but Janet Simonsen said that she thinks that the house in the photo is one that used to be owned by an artist nmed Andrew Radcliffe. She doesn't know what it is called.

I think that blue roof must be Valentine Villa which sits below Mango Bay. My guess is that it was taken from the second floor balcony at Le Chateau or Cinnamon Tarn.

It's definitely not taken from the second story of Cinnamon Tarn. I've stayed there twice and have photos from the second story balcony. Tarn is to the right of wherever this photo was taken...so maybe Le Chateau, though I think it might be a house even further to the left than that.

I think I can shed light on the photo, it was taken for us (Destination St. John) by Steve, from Great Escape, one of our homes in Catherineburg, the house below is indeed the home that was owned by Andrew Radcliffe, which has since been sold. it is an awesome view...

The mystery is solved. Thanks, Laura for clearing that up. It's always been on my short list but I've never had the opportunity to see it.
