Umm, I'll be flying to STT in June and, umm I was wondering...what should I wear on the plane ride down???

1. How do you bring food from the states?

2. How is the construction noise at _____?

3. What do you wear to dinner?

Here's some stuff that I posted quite a while ago. If I remember right, it wasn't received well then. Maybe times have changed. Maybe not.

Should we take the CA or RH ferry? Or should we get our own water taxi? Should we take a taxi to the ferry or should we arrange private transportation? Will I get sick on the ferry? How much will everything cost? Should we tip? Who should we tip? How much should we tip? Will people like us more if we say "Good morning"? Should we rent a vehicle on STT and take the car ferry? Is the car ferry scarey? How do we get to RH if we rent a car on STT? Should we buy round trip car ferry tickets? Should we get a 4wd? How much is gas? Can we take the top off the jeep? Are scooters a good idea? Is it like a regular place there or is it different? Are the weather forecasts always right?

Should we take all the food we'll need for a week? How long will it stay frozen? What about dry ice? Should I ship large quantities of food ahead of time? How much does everything cost? Should we buy food on STT or STJ? How much should we buy? What time do stores close? What can teenagers do? Is swimming with dolphins fun?

How will we get all of the stuff we're bringing up to our villa? Who should we rent a vehicle from? Where can I rent a vehicle if I'm 17? What is the best villa? Should we tip the villa rep? Will I want a/c? Where can I get the absolutely cheapest liquor? What is the drinking age? What are good recipes for all the frozen drinks anyone can think of?

Is the driving scarey? Do you really have to drive on the left? How long does it take to get to different places? Should we take taxis instead?


What are the best restaurants? What restaurants are romantic? What should I wear? What should my wife wear? Is there any place to park in Cruz Bay? How much does everything cost? Should I bring credit cards, cash or travellers cheques? Are the ATMs reliable? Should I make reservations? Where should I go and what should I do?

Are there many nude beaches? Are people friendly? Will they be my friend if I say "Good morning?" Is there a lot of crime? What are the donkeys for? Is it okay to ride the donkeys? Are there bugs? Does the insect repellent that I use at home work on STJ? Will it rain when I'm there? What should I do if it does? Will my cell phone work?

Will my villa have beach chairs? Should we bring beach chairs? Can I buy or rent beach chairs? What should I do with all of the stuff that I bring to the beach when I go into the water to snorkel? Is it better to have a neat sheet? Where can I buy a neat sheet? Should I buy snorkel gear or rent it? Should I use a snorkle vest? Will there be any construction noise from anywhere? Will I see turtles? Are we supposed to rent a dinghy? Where is the cruise ship schedule?

Which way are you supposed to go around Waterlemon cay? How is the road to Lameshur? Should I leave stuff in my vehicle while snorkeling or will someone steal it? Who will steal it? What should I do with my camera and my keys and my money? What kind of camera should I buy?

How can I get to the BVI? Will I need a passport or just a letter of some sort? Will I see Foxy? Will I see Kenny Chesney? Will I see Tim Duncan? When will Vie's be open? What about the goats at Miss Lucy"s? When is the full moon? Is Miss Lucy's open when the moon isn't full?

How early should I get to the airport when leaving? Can I leave my luggage somewhere while I shop on STT? What should I pack? Is there anything that I'm forgetting?
