Those United non-stops from Dulles are a rare and wonderful thing. We got a good deal one for November - 8:45AM departure with a 12:15PM arrival. Contrast that with 10 days from now - 6AM departure with a 3:30PM arrival. :{(>)

Cheers, RickG

This will be the first year we are not able to get a non-stop from Philly. It killed me!!! Leaving on a Sunday in June. Next best thing is American, with a stop in San Juan, but no plane change. At least I won't have to worry about leaving Philly late ( a common occurence) and not making the connection!!! Or luggage getting lost! Last week I got a notice that our times had changed ..." Oh great!" I said. That is never a good thing...but much to my surprise, the flight leaves earlier from Philly and arrives earlier in STT!!! Yippee!!!! On the way home, short lay over in San Juan, and just hope we don't get stuck there.

We always go in June, July, or August, and I think the last time we had a direct flight out of O’Hare was in 2005, but it connected through Charlotte on the way back…in 2006 and 2007 we connected in Charlotte both there and back. This June we’re connecting through IAD on the way there and CLT on the way back.

Isn't there a non-stop from DTW? On Spirit, maybe?

I thought I saw it when I was trying to convince a friend to come along with us.

Northwest DTW-STT seasonal non-stops Saturdays only mid-January through April. Return to DTW is one-stop through SJU.

Spirit connects in FLL (DTW-FLL-STT)
