My daughter has the micro and, while it sounds pretty good, it really doesn't match the slightly larger plug-in model.

THREADJACK BEWARE -
Check out the Sonic Impact iP23 - they are compact, sound good and can be used with batteries or an adapter. These were also setup at our local Apple store. (briefly discussed earlier on the OT forum).

Very cool. One downside, though, is I don't think it has a remote. The remote on the JBL can switch songs, pause, and adjust volume. It comes in handy poolside, for lazy people like me.

Well - I booked it. Christopher's Taxi and Dohm's Water taxi. They will ONLY do Red Hook (at least that's what they're telling me). So - on the upside, we'll get a tour of STT, I guess. I'll let you know whether this was worth the $$ when we get back!
