Rum and champagne sounds dang near (as they say) lethal, forget dangerous.

I'm glad someone brought up the beach. I think a burrito, nekkid and on the beach is the right combination. (And possibly also lethal.)

Whats the saying ... beer before liquor never sicker? They don't say anything about champagne and rum!

I blame my husband, he kept refilling the glass! It was the neverending punch drink.

Was he trying to get some of that.

He is a living breathing man, so probably!

That is commonly known as the quickest way to get "that," I think.

Wise words maybe, but realistically I don't think I could ever turn down anything containing pomegranate juice. It just doesn't seem right.

I know Ruth. I thought Pomegranate. That's heart healthy right? That was the first of several mistakes. Another was not eating. The 3rd was being a bit dehydrated. But mostly I just chalk it up to getting old

Okay, girl, I ignored your warnings because you kept repeating how GOOD this stuff was. I took this mixture to a party last night and WOW was it a hit. 1 bottle of Cruzan Black Cherry Rum, 1 bottle of champagne, and a small bottle of pom juice. It was the hit of the party, but you are right, this stuff is positively lethal. Very strong and you can't taste it coming. Anyway, thanks to your warnings, I managed to avoid overdoing it, but I was watching some of the other guests, and I can imagine more than a few are reliving your agony from Friday this morning! OUCH!

Vicki ... Knowingly inflicting pain on others, way to go girl. Glad it was a hit. I learned my lesson and spent my time at our Saturday night party sipping water!
