Oh, he does and really believes that one day....
I don't play the lottery, but maybe I should start. This reminded me of a funny story from when we were on our trip.
As we were driving into town one night, one of the girls said, "If I win the lottery I'm going to buy a vacation house down here so we can come visit whenever we want."
And I said, "Visit?! If I win the lottery, I am giving life the finger and coming down here and never leaving."
So all week long, that was our motto: Giving life the finger. We would ask people "When did you give life the finger and move to St. John." Moe got a kick out of it.
