I've stayed at Cruz Views twice with my girls. Love the price and ease at which one can drive home after a few painkillers. Which unit were you in and what condition was it in? I've stayed in #3 and #10. I love the bathroom in #3 but the rest of it needs a little updating.
We only met briefly at the BB, but I enjoyed meeting you and all the other forumites.

Onthelake Constuction not that bad, didn't notice the rock smashin hoe this trip. We are hardly ever there while they work so it's no biggy. Make sure ya feed the black and white kitty. We love that little guy.
Cypress Stayed in 8 9 and 3 this time 3 was our favorite good a/c great view. I believe they are still updating. New stove and kitchen countertops but old rusty fridge that makes me feel that its still a work in progress. Yea the bathroom was awesome liked it so much took some pics of the shower.

Great news about the updates in #3. Last summer the bathroom (which is amazing for the type of place this is) was the only improvement. I can't remember the ac situation. Are there two units or one? That may be a new improvement also because I remember it being only tolerable. We had a good laugh about that frig. I can't believe it hasn't died yet.

I forgot to mention the kitty. There were 2 there last summer. I left a bag of cat food for the gardener who said he'd be glad to feed them. I hope other guests will do the same thing. I worried about what they'd eat in low season with fewer guests there to give them scraps. Of course once you feed them you have a guest for the rest of the week.

Thanks for the constrution update.
We only saw the kitty once last year. It must spend most of it's time by the other units ... so cute!
Only 10 more days !!!

Cypress the ac downstairs kept everything but the upstairs bedroom nice and cool. The upstairs bedroom A/c kept it only tolerable I slept up there once when my honey kicked me out of bed for snoring. The fridge did die on us one night but I wiggled the cord and it ran the rest of the vaction.
Dickhead the black and white kitty is well taken care of. He actually gets taken to the vet sometimes by one of the owners of a condo there. I named him that cause he's always in the way and cares mostly about himself. He really is a good cat though. The gray and white kitty appears not as well off. We Figured he had died because we didn't see him our second trip, he is very thin and has a weird sneeze. Low and behold he showed up the last couple of days of this trip still kickin. We fed him lots would eat anything. Dickhead on the other hand is so spoiled he won't even touch the dry kitty food unless he has to just wants meat.

We don't do much cooking, but the freezer for the Grey Goose is a must. When you say the upstairs bedroom is only tolorable, I assume you mean the loft? I put the girls upstairs so that's their problemo. I am glad to hear the gray kitty is still alive. Did you notice his weird teeth? I might bring some heart guard and dewormer for our next trip. Maybe something for flees too.

Yea the loft is what I meant the rest of the condo was great the bedroom was actually cold at night. I don't think the thermostat worked to shut it off set it at the highest setting and it kept running oh well we tried to save energy but I wasn't comming home to an oven.
That would be a nice thing to do for the kitty didn't notice his teeth but he has one of the loudest purrs I've ever heard from a kitty.

We have stayed at Cruz Views probably a half dozen times and for the price it is a great deal. #3 is our favorite. We were there in september and had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. There was a couple staying in #1 and we were in #3 and that was it.Did you notice all the Iguanas at the end of the parking lot in the mornings?
