I agree with Liamsaunt. I have purchased several suits from Lands End..they have all fit perfect (the Tankini's are great)... and the company is great to deal with. On another note, a friend at work went to Sears and picked up a two piece Lands End suit for 6.99 ea piece on sale...this is a bargain!!

On topic - really. I know that the Nat Park Police enforce the no nudity rules on the beach now, but has anyone heard of tickets handed out for changing out of a suit into dry clothes (or vice versa) at one of the beaches without facilities?

I've seen people doing this, but I personally would not recommend it. If John and I really feel the need to get out of our suits after a day at the beach, we drive to Cinnamon, rinse off in their showers, and change there.

I'm pretty sure that I know how to, I'm just not sure I've ever spent my whole day in a swimsuit before. I'm still not positive that I'm sold on the whole concept.

Well, this is one of the reasons why I don't like one pieces. Two's feel more like a bra and undies and you don't have to utilize "the trick." Also though, unfortunately I am a little unfortunate in the upstairs department so I don't like anything smashing if you know what I mean...

Funny I think when I lived on island, I pretty much always had my swimsuit on or at least the top part and shorts to wear.........my friend alicia got me into swimming with just my top and shorts.......
so had the bikini top and a pair of running shorts on.
No one ever seemed to notice at Maho or any of the beaches.
I will say the suits dry really fast.......yes, when you are hiking reef bay you may sweat a bit, but then the water is more refreshing.......
wherever you go for happy hour or whatever, in your bag with $$ and such just put a sports bra and t shirt or a sundress that way you can change from wet suit or uncomfortable suit to chillin wear.......

Try doing a store location search on-line for "Water Water Everyhwere". It's a swimsuit only store and I think they are nationwide. Tankinis can offer great support and coverage and still have the convience of wearing a 2 piece.

I don't like being in a wet swimsuit and have found ways to change in the car. Have a friend hold up a towel and you'll be all set.

I saw one I really liked, but every year my aunt orders a swimsuit from them for vacation and every year she has to send it back because no matter how much notice she gives them, it never arrives until she's on her trip.

I figured there's no way mine'd be here in a week.

I like the suits I have. They'll be fine. It's all good. (And if it's not all good, I'll drink more rum!)
