I pretty much check it out when I get up in the mornings, and then in the evenings after I've come home from work. And then throughout the evening. :)

I'm a dork, too.

I check it in the morning, while at work (I have my own business so I might just have to fire me for abusing the internet policy that we don't have) and in the evening...okay, at night, too.

I have gone through periods where I say "enough is enough of this madness...just don't go there." But, I have no will power. So, here I am.

What a dork.

Typically after/before work; unless I'm close to a trip or am looking for some help.

However, I'm in between projects, so have been taking peeks most of the day (in hopes my new company doesn't have some strict internet policy that I don't know about).

does that make me a mini-dork?

Yup, any time I'm NOT at work. That's when I read. I simply don't have time to look at it when I'm at work.

Get up in the morning, check.
Come home for lunch, check.
Come home after work, check.
Throughout the weekend, check.

Ya, I'm a forum geek, too.

Dork # ??? I usually read it on and off all day, but this week has been different. I had surgery on Monday, came home yesterday, went to bed and followed the rules (take my medication, don't use the stairs, rest, etc.) Well tonight, I couldn't take it any longer. Everyone is out of my house, so I snuck downstairs (loaded with medication), and went straight to my computer. I wasn't going to post anything, only read ... but I miss you all!!! (and I couldn't help post on this one).

BTW, Ruth, have fun on your on-island vacation! I love that!!

msgcolleen, I couldn't figre out how to take the poll either. I typically read the forum in the AM while the coffee is brewing, then at work in the afternoon and also when I get home. I think it sounds more pathetic than it really is. Right? Trip reports are really great to read, what can I say. Having said that, I have to confess that I have not handed in the last installment of mine. Everyone else's just seemed better.
