I must admit, my friends are dorkin' it out this Saturday in Denver at the show, too. We (men and women) have been looking forward to it all week. I've not seen this guy in concert in probably 10 or 11 years so well before all the flip flops and Cruzan. It should be good no matter what, though, we are in row #2 and tailgating before.

You are in for a treat, not just the show, but the tailgating has really gotten big...make sure you take a walk through the parking lot. You're not gonna believe some of the way these fans party! Have fun, it's a good show.

I had no idea this many people on the board liked
island boy.........aka kenny.
I thought only the radio stations got M&G's?
I know from friends I have that are fans, the FC no longer does them........
He is quite shy, if he has a few 'beverages' he can be quite chatty and handsy..........lol
Have fun..........and happy early birthday

Since we aren't exactly sticking to STJ issues, I am also excited about my upcoming concert tickets (9th row, center stage) to see Keith Urban. I love Kenny so much, but I have dreams about Keith.

Don't tell Nicole.
I had a really nice dream about Keith the same day I had a 3 hr. margarita lunch with Vagirl, and that night I saw Kenny. Almost as good as STJ, but not quite.

I love it!!!!! When we saw him in Houston a few weeks ago he started off with just a little sweat around his neck, but by the end of his show his entire shirt was totally wet. Of course it's so humid in Houston I can do that sitting in my chaise lounge in the back yard at 9:00 pm.

Hey other BasUR, thanks for the teaser. The Foxboro concert seems so far away and the Madison Sq. Garden even farther. Besides my son (17-yr old drummer), Kenny is my favorite artist. Keith Urban comes in behind him. I guess I'm just opposite of Cypressgirl. Thank god for ipods or I'm sure I would have worn out the Be As You Are cd several times over by now. Ali~

It's pretty much a tie with Kenny and Keith. Don't make me pick one. It just depends on my mood.
But nothing will replace " Be As You Are". It puts me to sleep every night. Littlecypress has "Something Sexy About the Rain" on her ring back.
Sorry for being so OT!

And you know if Cypressgirl couldn't come, I'd make the trip! Love to travel...seems a few of us "SOTB" gals enjoy Mr. Chesney, so we'll have to plan a concert together!

BasUR,
how did you get pics so close to kenny?
i am intrigued......that boy still has the skinniest legs for someone who runs.........
and what is on his feet........
needs better shoes for shooting hoops and running.......lol
i have to agree with many of you.......keith urban OMG..........puts on such an AMAZING show......
he was on STJ in dec 2003/jan2004 and he and kenny and a few others Cat (from the beach bar) played at rhumblines........
very low key compared to his live shows......
